Ananthapuram: Protesting against the Government's negligent behaviour towards farmers, the leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan is consolidating his fight. On Tuesday, he is going to stage a Maha Dharna in front of Ananthapuram district collectorate along with farmers. He is going to confront Chandrababu regarding the vengeful attitude of his Government towards farmers. The Government seems to be totally unbothered by the drought situation in Ananthapuram distict.Neither input subsidy nor insurance has been paid to farmers until now. In light of this, YS Jagan is going to state the dharna toconfront the Government'sirresponsiblebehaviour.
Chandrababu is also seemingly unresposive about the lakhs of acres that had been drowned by floods, leaving farmers to suffer. To demand the Government to provide compensation to the farmers who had suffered loss by bringing pressure on it, the Rythu Maha Dharna is being held by YS Jagan. Chadrababu's tour in the flooded areas hardly yielded any improvement. None of the victims received any assistance.
