YS Jagan Congratulates KCR

Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy congratulated TRS Supremo and Telangana caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) for his party's win in the Telangana elections.
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Karnataka Chief Minister Kumaraswamy and others too sent out messages to KCR.
