Visakhapatnam: YSRCP leader Karri Sitaram, in Visakhapatnam, slammed Parichuri Bhaskar Rao, the principal follower of minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao. He criticised how the latter had been holding inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies in the absence of the minister, taking his place. Sitaram questioned what gave Bhaskar Rao the authority to replace a minister in such programmes and stated that he would complain about this to the privilege committee.
Parichuri Bhaskar Rao conducted the groundbreaking ceremony for work of worth Rs.83 lakh on Monday at Bheemili constituency. In light of this, Sitaram made these remarks. Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao has been elected from Bheemili as an MLA. But Bhaskar Rao has been facing allegation since quite some time, to be acting as a shadow minister.
