Nandyal: People of Kurnool should question chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu about his election promises especially about pension to the unemployed and houses to the poor, YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said.
Addressing a roadshow at Vantivelagala on Saturday during Day-4 of his election campaign, the YSRCP chief said people have every right to question their elected representatives about their poll promises. "None of the TDP leaders came to Nandyal during the last three years but are camping in the constituency since the election notification was announced," YS Jagan said. This shows the power-hungry politics of the Telugu Desam and its leaders who are not concerned about the welfare of the people, he said and reminded the people to note that CM and his entire cabinet are camping in Nandyal for the by-elections. "Chandrababu Naidu is not preparing to spend his ill-gotten wealth on the electorate and preparing to win the election by false means," he pointed out.
The YSRCP president cautioned the people of Vantivelagala that the TDP campaigners will off them money and seek votes. He said, the voters should listen to their conscience and vote for truth and justice and defeat the evil forces of the TDP.
