TYSRCP Calls For Grand Celebration Of YSR's Birth Anniversary

Hyderabad: TYSRCP president Gattu Srikanth Reddy called for grand celebration of the birth anniversary of former CM Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy on the 8th of July. A meeting was held at the party's central office in Hyderabad, presided by Greater Hyderabad party president Boddu Sainath Reddy.
Speaking in the meeting, he called for celebration of the birth anniversary in every division. He suggested decorating the statues and portraits of YS Rajasekhar Reddy and paying tribute to him. Wherever possible, he proposed conduction of service activities like distribution of fruits to poor patients in hospitals. distribution of books for poor students and blind students and distribution of sarees to poor women.
YSRCP's national general secretary and Greater Hyderabad party observer Nalla Surya Prakash spoke to encourage the grand celebration of the anniversary in at least 75 of the 150 divisions as an answer to the opponent parties rumouring about YSRCP's total absence in the areas. He suggested the leaders and the activists that these celebrations should be utilised as stepping stone for the consolidation of the party.
The leaders called for taking the principles of YSRCP into people as part of the celebrations. They informed that a 70 KG cake would be cut in Osmania University. Participating in the event were Rangareddy district president B. Srinivas Reddy, Greater Hyderabad women's wing president M.Shyamala, party leader Konda Raghava Reddy, office in-charge B.Mohan Kumar, J.Mahender Reddy, mateen, Dr.Praphulla Reddy and Raghurami Reddy among others.
