Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party Official Spokesperson Sudhakar Babu alleged that the ruling TDP leader were turned as big thieves in Andhra by looting natural resources like sand and lands owned by Endowment department.
The TDP leaders also indulged in attacks on government officials who initiated action against the leaders. The leaders arrogance levels reached to a new high as they threatened every official for not supporting illegal sand mining, He said the ministers, MLAs, MLCs and MPs demarcated the areas and looting the resources indiscriminately.
Sudhakar also accused Chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu of promoting 'thief gangs' in the name of Janmabhoomi committee which have been given powers to issue ration cards, caste certificates, etc in the villages. Road contract works were also being exploited by the leaders by receiving 70 per cent commission.
