Sharmila to walk 14.5 km on 161st day

Eluru, May 27, 2013:
Smt. Y.S. Sharmila, who had completed walking a distance of 2122.7 km as on 160th
day on Sunday, began her Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra from Kopparru in
Bhimavarm assembly constituency of WG district on Monday.
She is scheduled to
walk through the villages Likitapudi, Siripally, Narsapuram, Srihari peta and
Palakollu Road covering a distance of 14.5 km during the day.
Smt. Sharmila, who
walked a distance of 14.8 km on Sunday, covered the villages Vissakodedu,
Goraganamudi, Pennada, Srungavrisham, Veeravasaram and Bommanapally. During the
course of the Padayatra, MLA Madala Rajesh, MLCs Meka Seshubabu, Boddu Bhaskara
Rama Rao and several other local YSRCP leaders accompanied her.
She had interacted with
the differently abled persons in several places and tried to instill confidence
among them.
