Sharmila in WG Dt, resumes walking on 147th day

Raghavapuram (WG Dt)
May 13, 2013: Smt. Y.S. Sharmila resumed her Maro Praja Prathanam Padayatra
from Raghavapuram in West Godavari District on the 147th day on
Monday.

Passing through the
villages DN Rao Peta, Pothunuru, Mallayyagudem, Amudala Chelaka, Sammirivari
Gudem, she will cover a distance of 13.3 km today. Smt. Sharmila will stay for
the night at Sammirivari Gudem.

Smt. Sharmila, who
walked a distance of 222 km in Khammam district over a period of 19 days,
stepped into Gurubatla Gudem of the West Godavari District Sunday evening after
completing her walkathon in Khammam district.

She is scheduled to
walk a distance of 275 km encompassing 13 assembly constituencies in West
Godavari District. Smt. Sharmila has so far completed walking a distance of
1952.8 km as on 146th day on Sunday.
