YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's historic padayatra —Praja Sankalpa Yatra touched a new milestone today. YS Jagan yatra which entered its 139th day on Wednesday touched the 1800-km mark in Krishna district today.
To mark the milestone, the YSRCP chief planted a sapling and hoisted the party flag in the region. Even as a huge round of applause followed, Jai Jagan slogans rent the air as YS Jagan hoisted the YSRCP flag.
YS Jagan started his Praja Sankalpa Yatra on November 6 from Idupalapaya after paying tributes to his late father Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy to seek his blessings. In his padayatra spanning 180 days, YS Jagan will cover 125 constituencies and a distance of 3000 kilometres.
The padayatra has so far covered YSR district, Kurnool, Anantapuram, Chittoor, Nellore, Prakasam, Guntur districts of Andhra Pradesh.
