Gudur (Kurnool
district), Nov 21, 2012: YSR Congress MP and senior leader Mekapati Rajamohana
reddy said elections at both Centre and in the state might take place any time now
going by the latest political developments.
Speaking to reporters
informally at K. Nagulapuram in Kurnool district during the course of Maro
Praja Prasthanam on Tuesday, Rajamohana Reddy said people were fed up with the
failure of the administration in the state.
Implementation of YSR
welfare programmes would be possible only with Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy at the
helm, he observed, adding that people are ready to vote for YSRCP whenever
elections take place.
Party Central Governing
Council (CGC) member Mareppa, who also talked to the reporters, said Congress
leadership thought that YSRCP would disappear once Jagan Mohan Reddy was sent
to jail. But it is worried now, he said.
