Dharna In Front Of Metro Rail Bhavan

Hyderabad: TYSRCP protested against the delay happening in the completion of metro rail work in the city. The leaders of the party criticised that the current Government was finding it hard to complete the work that had been initiated by the former CM Dr.YS Rajasekhar Reddy. TYSRCP's president of Greater Hyderabad area, Sainath Reddy and state general secretary Siva Kumar led the dharna in front of Metro Rail Bhavan. They raised slogans against KCR and KTR.

The leaders slammed the elevation of the estimation of the budget of the project that had been started with a budget of Rs.14,000 crore, to Rs.17,000 crore. Remarking that the Government was delaying the initiation of train service in the areas where the project had been completed, they stated that it was due to the benefits they wanted to get in 2019 elections. They demanded the TRS Government to complete the project soon without greed for commissions. They submitted a memorandum pertaining to this to Metro Rail project MD, NVS Reddy. A huge number of TYSRCP leaders participated in the dharna.
