Cong-TDP pact exposed: YSRCP

Reiterating
that there is a tie-up between Congress and TDP, YSRCP spokesperson B
Janak Prasad has said the conspiracy to play mind games on the eve of any vital
legal proceedings in the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy case has become a pattern by now.

“Ahead
of the bail petition of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, posted for Friday, TDP
Parliamentarians closet with union minister P Chidambaram and Home Minister
Suhil Kumar Shinde.  This speaks of the secret pact the two parties
have and the timing to play mind games has been an old trick,” he told media in
Hyderabad on Thursday.

“Whatever
be the conspiracy and the players involved in it, our leader will come out and
will be with the people taking up pressing issues, unlike the ongoing padayatra
of TDP leader N Chandrababu Naidu which is far from reality as it is scripted
by film personalities and is being enacted by a person who has scant respect
towards people’s issues,” he said.

The
TDP leader who was screaming that the Kiran Kumar Reddy government has no right
to continue even for one day had let go many opportunities, including the
assembly session, as he lacks seriousness.

Copycats do not get rewards as only first attempts have always proved to
be very  successful. YSR’s padayatra was well received and people gave
mandate to Congress. Trying to emulate him will not get results as Chandrababu
Naidur lacks sincerity, he said.

TDP
leaders suddenly started singing tie-up tunes on the eve of YS Jagan Mohan
Reddy’s bail plea, but their pact with Congress was exposed on many occasions,
the recent by-elections being one, he said.

Rule
of the law does not prevail in the State, as the governance has taken a break
with ministers and officials having no proper control and lack of leadership is
clearly visible, he said adding that the untimely rains have damaged crops in
over 2 lakh acres and steps were taken by the State to address the plight of
the farmers.

While
there are serious health problems in nine districts, healthcare has taken a
backseat and every section of the society is in distress, he added.
