Hyderabad, June 7: YSR Congress would file cheating cases against the Chief Minister in all police stations on June 8 for failing to fulfill the poll promises.
‘During the past two years Chief Minster has failed to do anything for the people while YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been with the people throughout. To highlight the failures and deception we will file cases in all police stations,’ party spokesperson K Parthasarathy told reporters here on Tuesday.
The filing of cases is to highlight the failures and the way in which TDP has deceived the people on the poll promises, he said.
‘We are filing cheating cases as Chandrababu Naidu has willfully defaulted on the poll promises. When he was going on a promising spree during the electioneering, he questioned by the Election Commission about the veracity of his promises.
He had given in writing that he has the experience and has taken into account the feasibility of the promises and asserted that they are practical and can be implemented. After coming to power he did not give a thought towards it and left all the persons who believed him and his words that his experience would provide the ways and means to implement the poll promises.
This is nothing short of cheating the people and we are fling cases in all police stations, he said.
The Party extended General Body meeting would be held at Vijayawada on June 13 and on July 8 the party would undertake Gadapagadapku YSRCP to mark the birthday of Dr YS Rajasekar Reddy, he said.
