He took strong exception to the TDP's allegation that YSR Congress entered a secret pact with the BJP. It was Telugu Desam which entered poll alliance with BJP in the previous elections and won. YSR Congress fought elections on its own and never joined hands with any other party.
Reddy came down heavily on Chandrababu for adopting double standards in maintaining relations with other parties and also promoted politics as a business profession. He strongly condemned the CM's statement that YSR Congress was obstructing the development of the state. The TDP made the promise of establishing Veterinary university, Mines university and Industrial hub in Dona ko0nda in Prasham district but non of them were realised so far.
The YSR Congress leader ridiculed Chadrababu's comments on ethics and morals in the politics. He dared Chandrababu and his son and IT minister N Lokesh to order probe into the corruption allegations made against the two .
