*Bhumana flays Sate for interfering in civil dispute* 

Tirupati, Aug 14: Former TTD Chairman Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has slammed the district administration for interfering in a civil matter and ordering for a discreet Vigilance and Enforcement (V&E) inquiry while recording him and his followers’ names in an abusive language. 
Speaking to media here on Friday, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy said, the District Collector has ordered for V& E inquiry on a private person on charges of trespass stating that I and my followers had laid a road to my mango orchard, unmindful of the fact that V& E inquiry is ordered only on government employees and  not on private persons. 
He has ordered for a discreet inquiry and based on the report a case was filed in Tiruchunapalli police station and things moved fast thereon. We moved the Court and when its decision went against them the case papers were deleted from the online portal though we have a copy of it. 
The issue has been a civil dispute and the matter is pending in court and there is no proof to establish that I own the mango grove, the district collector has to audacity to name me, conduct and inquiry through V&E though it is not within its purview and when challenged the data was deleted from the website which shows the mindset of the coalition government, he said. 
The Collector with the blessings of Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh and the local Minister Satya Prasad have targeted me as I have been exposing the irregularities in the TTD in a sustained  manner. 
Taking strong objection to the Collector recording his name along with his followers as goons, Karunakar Reddy said the official has to face consequences in the coming days. 
The Collector has been involved in numerous irregularities and is known for his corruption and extravagant lifestyle. He is the front to his political bosses and is involved in numerous deals and had looting huge amounts.
