Bhuma Nagi Reddy warns of water wars
14 Aug 2013 10:45 AM

Kurnool, Aug 14, 2013:
YSR Congress central governing council member Bhuma Nagi Reddy expressed
apprehensions that division of the state might bring in more water wars between
Andhra and Telangana.
“We are already
involved in water wars with our neighboring states and if the state is divided
in this backdrop, we may have to face more water wars in the future,” Bhuma
Nagi Reddy said addressing the integrationists at Allagadda during the rasta rook
agitation on Tuesday.
He said CM Kiran Kumar
Reddy had broken his silence and talked of Seema Andhra problems ten days after
the Congress had announced its decision on the division. “The CM should have
raised these issues before the party took the decision,” he said.
