Benefits of Navaratnas

As per the directions of party Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the party cadre is planning to explain to the people on the extensive benefits of the Navaratnas. Also, the party is aware of the TDP's plans to influence voting by distribution of money. In this regard, the party workers would explain to the people on the long term benefits of the YSRCP Navaratnas worth Rs 5 lakh per year in comparison to the TDP's Rs 3,000 supplied during the elections.

Financial assistance of Rs 12,500, free electricity, free borewells and loans at zero interest to the farmers will be offered as part of the Navaratnas. 

The YSRCP also promises to bring back the signature schemes of Rajanna Rajyam -- Fee Reimbursement, Arogyasri, Jalayagnam, ban on belt shops, financial assistance to mothers of school-going children, pensions to senior citizens aged above 60, houses for poor etc., if voted to power. The booth level committees would hand over the posters of Navaratnas, which have a detailed mention of each scheme.
