Assembly's Honour At Stake
18 Oct 2016 3:30 PM

Hyderabad: MLA Visweswar Reddy commented that the Government was trying to suppress the opposition that was fighting for the state's bright future and people's needs. He suggested that the Government should go back on its conspiracies to suspend MLAs in the name of the house's honour and behave constitutionally. Questioning why the assembly's speaker had not taken action against the 20 MLAs who had defected YSRCP and were having pictures taken with Chandrababu, he remarked that the assembly's honour was certainly at stake due to the party defection scenario. He exclaimed that the Government could not slaughter the democracy.
