AP State Bandh Going On Peacefully

In light of YSRCP's call for conducting a state bandh today in protest against the behaviour of the central and the state Governments regarding the matter of the state's special category status, the bandh is going on peacefully throughout the state. People are voluntarily taking part in the bandh in various places.
- RTC buses in various places stayed back in the depots.
- RTC workers in Kadapa bus depot are following bandh by shutting down the two gates.
- MLA Amzad Basha, mayor Suresh Babu and Kadapa city president Nityananda Reddy led a rastha roko in Kadapa.
- Bandh is going on peacefully in Pulivendula. A dharna has been led by MP YS Avinash Reddy.
- YSRCP leaders and activists stopped buses, led by Devineni Venkat Reddy.
- YSRCP MLA Korumutla led an agitation with YSRCP leaders and activists near Kukkaldoddi of Railway Koduru mandal.
- Vehicles halted on Chennai-Hyderabad highway.
- MLC Govind Reddy is leading the bandh in Badvel. People's organisations are staging dharna at the local bus stand.
