Prakasam: YSR Congress Party President and leader of the Opposition in AP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy asked Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to support the no confidence motion to be moved against BJP led NDA government in the Lok Sabha on March 21.
Addressing the press at Santaravuru in Prakasham district, YS Jagan warned the TDP Chief that people will not tolerate if the parties played political dramas on the special status to Andhra Pradesh which considered a lifeline to four crore people of the state.
If TDP comes forward, he said YSR Congress is ready to move no trust motion in advance also. He is also ready to support no confidence motion if TDP is ready to move it in the Parliament.
“All MPs should submit mass resignations and we should support each other in the no-confidence motion," the YSRCP chief said.
YS Jagan came down heavily on Chandrababu for registering cases against leaders and people who fought for special status. He termed Chandrababu's decision to come out of the NDA government is the people’s victory.
The YSR Congress Party chief also demanded Chandrababu to relinquish the post of NDA Convenor and prove his commitment towards special status to Andhra. He reiterated that his Party MPs will also quit their posts before the end of the budget session of the Parliament.
