30 TDP families join YSRCP in Kurnool

Kurnool: The Telugu Desam Party received a shock in Kunrool district. As many as 30 families who are belong to Deputy CM KE Krishnamurthy's camp have joined the YSR Congress Party. The 30 families from Peddahulti village of Pattikonda mandal have joined the YSRCP in the presence of party co-ordinator Cherukulapadu Sridevi. She welcomed them into the party by offering party's shawl.
Vandrappa, Ramajini, Ravi, Rangiah, Lakshmi Narayana, Rajababu and many others have joined the party.
A tense situation prevailed in Hussainapuram in Banaganapalle mandal as the police have cancelled the permission for the YSRCP's women's conclave, which was to be held as part of the Praja Sankalpa Yatra of Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Monday.
Based on a complaint by few TDP leaders, the permission given to the women's meet was cancelled and the police have made widespread arrests in various parts of the constituency to thwart the meet. Reports say that there was pressure on the police from few ministers too.
