YSRCP leader and Chandragiri assembly constituency in-charge Chevireddy Bhaskara Reddy said that 150 YSR statues will be installed in 138 villages of the constituency on the eve of the late leader’s third Vardhanti on Sept 2.
“YSR statues will reach the constituency in the next two days from the party head office and installation will be over by Sept 2” , Bhaskara Reddy told party’s media cell in Hyderabad on Wednesday.
Bhaskara Reddy said YSR statues would be installed in almost all villages including major and minor Panchayats in the constituency. “Local leaders and party activists will pay rich tributes to YSR after unveiling the statues,” he said.
He said the requests for the installation of YSR statues have been received from all villages in the constituency including Naravaripalli to which former chief minister and TDP president Nara Chandrababu Naidu belonged.
“People have come forward to install the YSR statues in almost all villages from where senior Congress leaders Muddu Krishanma Naidu, Chittor MP Siva Prasad, Minister Galla Aruna Kumari and Reddyvari Nadamuni Reddy hailed,” Bhaskara Reddy said, adding, the popularity of the YSRCP has been growing day by day in the constituency.
