Tadepalli, April 16: Former Chief Minister and YSRCP President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed deep shock and grief over the tragic road accident at Chilakaladona in Mantralayam mandal of Kurnool district, in which eight people lost their lives. He termed it extremely tragic that devotees on their way to darshan were killed in the accident. He also expressed concern that 13 persons were injured in the incident, with some reported to be in critical condition. Conveying his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, he prayed that they find strength during this difficult time and wished a speedy recovery to the injured. He further directed the concerned authorities to thoroughly examine the causes of the accident and to strengthen road safety measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur.
