YSRCP's 'Samajika Sadhikara' Bus Yatra Gains Huge Momentum In North Andhra

YSRCP's Social Empowerment yatra 'Samajika Sadhikara Yatra' received an overwhelming response in Salur of Parvathipuram Manyam district today. Deputy Chief Minister and Tribal Welfare Minister Peedika Rajannadora, Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao, Speaker Tammineni Sitaram, YSRCP Uttarandhra District Regional Coordinator YV Subbareddy, Joint Vizianagaram Zilla Parishad Chairman Mazji Srinivasa Rao, MLAs Appalanarsayya and Pushpa participated in the event. The streets of Salur were thronged with people who had gathered for the public meeting to listen to the YSRCP leaders.

As an opening remark, Deputy Chief Minister and Tribal Welfare Minister Peedika Rajannadora said welfare schemes have been provided to about 8 lakh beneficiaries in Salur. He stated, "Even though Chandrababu was the CM of the state for 14 years, he failed to bring any substantial development. Conversely, CM Jagan gave political powers to STs from the village level to the parliament level."

Rajannadora also urged the people to repose their faith again in Jagan, as he works as a ray of hope to the marginalised communities to uplift them on all fronts.

During the public meeting, Speaker Tammineni Sitaram mentioned that Jagan has given self-respect and power to the backward classes by eradicating the injustice done to them for decades. He stated, "Jagan had mentioned during his padayatra that he would stand in front of the people and hold them accountable for his governance. Today, he stands as a leader who has implemented the manifesto on the lines of the Quran, Bible, and Gita. He gave the utmost power to SC, ST, and BC communities in the area of governance, prioritising their aspirations. CM Jagan is ruling Andhra as Ambedkar's successor."

Hailing CM Jagan for his pro-poor governance handholding the weaker sections of the society, Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao said, "There are parties who ruled Andhra for years but failed to provide shelter to the poor. We have a leader, who says he is indebted to work for the people and has faithfully fulfilled the dreams of many marginalised people to own a house. It is history scripted in Andhra Pradesh as the Chief Minister bought 12,800 crores of land and alloted it to the poor. This is the real development."
