*YSRCP women leaders challenge Lokesh on DSC scam*

Tadepalli, June 17: YSRCP women leaders challenged Education Minister Nara Lokesh to an open discussion on the DSC-2025 recruitment process, stating that they were ready with documentary evidence to answer every issue related to the recruitment irregularities. Senior leaders Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi, Are Syamala, Nagamalleswari, Jammalamadaka Nagamani and Manjari Chowdary gathered at the Bharat Mata statue in Tadepalli, where Lokesh had issued his challenge, but said he failed to turn up.
Addressing the media, the leaders said Lokesh has failed to answer the questions raised by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on DSC irregularities and is resorting to diversionary politics instead. They asserted that YSRCP does not require YS Jagan to respond personally, as the party’s women leaders were fully prepared to debate the issue with evidence.
They questioned the exemption granted to sports quota candidates from the entrance examination, the first rank secured by an outsourcing employee associated with the examination process, and the reported collection of ₹15 lakh for teacher posts. They also criticized the transfer of key DSC responsibilities to SCERT, the sidelining of the DSC Convenor and the handling of question paper preparation, stating that these developments expose serious flaws in the recruitment process.
The leaders further said the government has failed to provide answers on the GOs governing DSC recruitment, sports quota implementation and other procedural changes while instead issuing political challenges. They maintained that they were standing barely 200 metres away from the venue with documentary evidence, but Lokesh did not appear. Reiterating the demand for accountability, they said YSRCP would continue exposing the irregularities in DSC-2025 and stand with unemployed youth seeking justice.
