YSRCP slams TDP on land survey lies
23 Jan 2026 4:00 PM

Tadepalli, Jan 23: YSRCP has slammed TDP for spreading lies on the Comprehensive Land Survey and said that Chandrababu has reissued the same Pattadar Pass Books afresh only to gain publicity.
Speaking to media here on Friday, former minister Perni Nani has dismantled all the lies spread by the ruling party leaders and has shown in detail how the structure worked and how it had taken for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to put the system in place.
Not a single new pass book was given by the coalition and it had returned the same Pass Book given by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government after removing the photo of our leader. No pass book was given and no survey was conducted.
The Revenue Minister has no idea of the mechanism and hard work that went into the Pattadar Pass Book, he said, adding the survey was done after one hundred years and in a comprehensive manner.
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has priority for farmers and taken such revolutionary steps to give them clear title under the scheme. The coalition did not take forward the initiative but had given back the old Pass Book claiming credit.
The coalition has been using all the elements used by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government, he said, and questioned why they did not give a single pass book.
If their claim of bringing in a system is correct, why are they not following it and taking the initiative forward, he questioned and said they have to follow what we had done as YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is a visionary.
It was only after YS Jagan Mohan Reddy came to power that surveyors started touring the villages. In the second phase of survey, let us see how the coalition government will go ahead and what method it will follow. There is no other way but to follow the method used by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
From manual survey to high-end technological survey, it was our government that introduced land reforms, he said.
