YSRCP Parliamentary Meet At AP Bhavan: YS Jagan Suggests New Policies For Special Status

New Delhi: YSRCP parliamentary party meeting chaired by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy commenced at AP Bhavan on Saturday.
With the Parliamentary session all set to kick-start on June 17, YS Jagan directed the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members on the strategies to be followed at the parliamentary session. Similarly, he provided a number of suggestions to the party leaders over the policy to be adopted on the issue of special category status.
The Chief Minister along with Chief Secretary LV Subramanyam will attend the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) meeting headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the afternoon. The meeting will be held in 115 Aspirational Districts. A widespread debate on issues such including scarcity of water, drinking water, sharing of river waters along with the division of assets and liabilities among others between the two Telugu-speaking states are said to take place at the meeting.
