*YSRCP flays Chandrababu caste based remarks*

Visakhapatnam, June 25: YSRCP has slammed Chandrababu Naidu for his caste based remarks which goes against the position he holds.
Speaking to media here on Thursday former minister Gudivada Amarnath said, the Chief Minister during a meeting in Kurnool district raising caste issue is objectionable and shows his irresponsible attitude.  
He stating that the accused and the victim belong to the same caste is not in good taste and very distressing for bringing out the Sai Krishna incident and such a behavior by a Chief Minister is unprecedented. 
This only shows that he is trying to shirk responsibility from the crime and the police institution has got a sever scar with the custody, torture, killing and burning the body of Sai Krishna.  This shows the law and order situation in the State, he said. 
If a person has done something wrong, it is for the courts to deal with them but police cannot take  law into their own hands and kill a person which is inhuman and barbarous. 
When have seen In the past, Chief Minister Karunakaran had to step down simply because a single individual went missing in Kerala.  Chandrababu, here  is diverting public attention by deploying parties aligned with him into the fray.
There is no reason as to why the Vijayawada CP, GIG an DGP are maintaining stoic silence on the issue. 
Only after the *habeas corpus* writ was filed in the High Court that they revealed Sai Krishna had died.
 Sai Krishna's murder is a state-sponsored killing and the government should own responsibility, he said.
All details will come out only if a CBI inquiry but the SIT cannot bring out the truth as it is under the coalition government.
