Tadepalli, May 23: Former Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party President Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy expressed profound grief over the tragic road accident near Taticherlamotu in Komarole Mandal of Prakasam district, in which six persons lost their lives.
The deceased, hailing from Stuartpuram in Bapatla district, were returning home after offering prayers at the sacred shrine of Mahanandi when their car collided with a lorry.
YS Jagan conveyed deep sorrow over the fact that such a devastating incident occurred just as the victims were returning from a spiritual pilgrimage.
Calling the accident extremely heart-wrenching, he urged the government to ensure the best possible medical treatment for the injured and to extend full support to the bereaved families.
