MP, V. Vijayasai Reddy
YSR Congress Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP, V. Vijayasai Reddy ridiculed AP IT Minister and Andhra Pradesh chief minister's son Nara Lokesh wondering whether he was hiding in a bunker after being caught in the data theft case. Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter, he asked, "where has he (Lokesh) disappeared?" He should appear before the media if he has not gone underground, the senior YSRCP leader said. Instead of being accessible to people and being accountable as a minister, he (Lokesh) has become a Twitter man, the tweet said.
The Rajya Sabha member in an earlier tweet further said that the American chip in Nara Lokesh's brain seemed to come up with the response ERROR and has probably not been receiving signals after the closure of IT Grids. The data 'thief' Ashok Dakavaram is making a futile attempt to activate the chip he further said.
The YSRCP leader cautioned officials on the need to be impartial now that the model code was in force. Vijayasai Reddy observed that officials need not fear the chief minister or anyone. The people of Andhra Pradesh seek a change in one voice, he said. The Rajya Sabha member also remarked that police officials and other authorities should conduct themselves with propriety.
