‘Opposition leaders should take a leaf out of CM Jagan’s governance’, says Minister Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao
The YSRCP's ‘Samajika Sadhikara’ bus yatra in Tanuku constituency of West Godavari received overwhelming response, as a multitude of people gathered to express unwavering support. The event successfully highlighted the YSRCP's message of social and political empowerment.
Distinguished leaders from BC, SC, ST, and Minority communities including Ministers Taneti Vanitha, Karumuri Venkata Nageswara Rao, Chelluboyina Venugopala Krishna, Jogi Ramesh, Merugu Nagarjuna, MPs Pilli Subash Chandra Bose, Margani Bharat, Nandigama Suresh, MLCs Moshen Raju, Pothula Sunitha and AP Electronic Media Advisor Ali among other senior leaders participated in the bus yatra.
Addressing a massive gathering, Home Minister Taneti Vanitha said, ‘CM Jagan stands steadfast in supporting the backward communities of the state, distinguished as the only Chief Minister to institute numerous welfare schemes benefiting children, students, women, and farmers. Renowned for prioritizing higher education of underprivileged students, CM Jagan is fondly regarded as an uncle (Jagan Mama) by the student community.’
The minister added, ‘Remarkably, the poverty rate has seen a significant decline from 12 to 6% under CM Jagan’s administration, underscoring a notable improvement compared to preceding governments.’
Minister Karumuri Nageswara Rao taunted the Opposition and asked them to take a leaf out of CM Jagan’s governance book that had a fine balance of welfare and development.
Minister Chelluboyina Venugopala Krishna made an all out attack against the TDP Chief and remarked that Chandrababu Naidu had neglected the welfare of the underprivileged during challenging times. He asked the poor to remember this particular fact when they go out to vote next. He implored the public to champion truth in the struggle against falsehood and deceit.
Minister Meruga Nagarjuna highlighted Jagan's commitment to ensuring education for underprivileged students and access to medical treatment for the poor. At the same time, he asked the public to be wary of the untrustworthy alliance of TDP and JanaSena which was out there to fool the public yet again for their personal gains.
