Modugula joins YSRCP

Hyderabad: Guntur West Assembly constituency MLA Modugula Venugopal Reddy on Saturday joined the YSR Congress party in the presence of party President and leader of opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at his Lotus Pond residence in Hyderabad.

He was welcomed into the party by YS Jagan who facilitated him with the YSRCP Kanduva.

Speaking to the reporters, Modugula Venugopala Reddy stated that he was being treated as a second-grade citizen leading him to quit Telugu Desam Party (TDP).

Asserting that he will work towards strengthening YSRCP party in Guntur district and make YS Jagan the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Venugopala Reddy added that they would work with an aim to eliminate TDP from the Guntur district.

The Guntur MLA expressed confidence that AP's development is possible only with YS Jagan adding that he would take up any responsibility catered to him.
