Clear fees reimbursement dues: YSRCP

Tadepalli: YSRCP has demanded the coalition government to implement fees reimbursement arrears failing which the party would take up state-wide agitation. 
Speaking to media here on Monday, Party student wing working president A Ravichandra college managements have been harassing students by not giving certificates as the reimbursement dues were not cleared. 
Minister Nara Lokesh, failed to keep his word on fees reimbursement. The ecosystem developed by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy the the education sector is completely destroyed by the coalition, he said.
The government owed Rs. 6,400 crore to students for the six quarters from April 2024 to June 16, 2025. Of this, Rs. 4,200 crore is fee reimbursement, while Rs. 2,200 crore is scholarship dues
The government is making false claims on reimbursement, it has given only 1.5 quarter and kept the balance pending. Instead of RS 7,800 crore it has left out Rs 6,400 crore, he said. 
The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government has paid Rs 18,000 crore in five years which shows the contrast, he said and demanded that the fee reimbursement arrears be released immediately failing which they would take up agitation path.
