East Godavari: YSRCP's MLA of Kotthapeta, Cheerla Jaggireddy, slammed Chandrabbau for employing brokers in the name of Janmabhoomi Committees and acting in an undemocratic fashion. Along with party coordinator of Anaparthi constituency, Dr. Suryanarayana Reddy, he held Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme in Palamuru.
Speaking on this occasion, Jaggireddy expressed delight towards the tremendous response being garnered by the programme in all the villages and the affection people had been showing towards YSRCP.
He slammed Chandrababu's Government for not keeping any of its campaign promises in the 2.5 years of rule. Mentioning how people had been saying to them about not wanting this government anymore, he appreciated Surya Narayana Reddy's leadership and mentioned how people voluntarily came forward to walk with him. Calling it a sign of movement in the people, he demanded that Babu should come to his senses at least now and keep his promises.
The MLA criticised that no problems had been solved in Janmabhoomi programme and it was being conducted only for namesake, oppressing the voice of the people who were demanding for their rights. He cautioned that the Government would have to pay a price soon.
