Nellore YSR Congress Party MP Mekapati Rajamohana Reddy reasserted there is no need for the party to merge with any other party.
“YSR Congress party will continue to have the unflinching people’s support forever and there is no need for us to merge with any other party,” Rajamohana Reddy
told presspersons in the office of YSRCP district steering committee member, V.Vijaya Sekhara Reddy at Naidupeta in Nellore district on Friday.
Strongly denying the rumours over the merger, he said some persons have been carrying the bad propaganda with the only motive of malaigning the party image.
Slamming the TDP president Chandrababu Naidu for his lack of response towards the public problems, the Nellore MP said Naidu had conspired with the Congress party for selfish political gains and his tactics are being observed by the people.
YSR Congress president Y.S.Jaganmohan Reddy’s popularity has been growing day by day and unable to bear it, both TDP and Congress have come to a tacit understanding to downgrade his image, he said, adding Jagan has been jailed as a result of the conspiracy.
“Notwithstanding the conspiracies and the evil designs of the Congress high command, Jagan will surely become the chief minister soon and fulfill the wishes of YSR,” Mekapati said. “Jagan will finish the tasks left behind by YSR.”
The MP said all leaders and activists who worked hard would get importance in the party and exhorted the party workers to strive hard to achieve the objectives of the party.
