Hyderabad: YSR Congress President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will begin his six month Praja Sankalpa Padayatra from November 6 to reach out the unreached and interact with over two crore people with an appeal to build a better Andhra Pradesh where development has been pushed to back seat due to the misplaced priorities of Chandrababu Naidu government.
After the extended executive committee meeting of the Party, addressed by the Party President, held here on Thursday, senior leaders Mekapati Rajamohan Reddy and Ummareddy Venkateswarlu told media that, the Padayatra would be held in 125 assembly constituencies highlighting the failures of the Chandrababu Naidu government and stress the need for Special Category Status (SCS).
The Praja Sankalpa Yatra, is for the people, to the people and by the people where the Leader of Opposition would interact with multitude of people and spread the awareness that the Party belongs to all sections of people, irrespective of caste, creed or region and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will comply with the Court directive to return to the city every week and resume the mass contact programme from the next day.
