Kurnool: Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday paid rich tributes to social reformer and a staunch advocate of social equality Mahatma Jyotirao Phule. Before setting out for his Praja Sankalpa Yatra, YS Jagan offered floral tributes to Mahatma Phule. He recalled the contribution of the great reformer in the fight against social discrimination and superstitions. He said Phule has spent all his life to achieve social equality. He said Phule strove for a caste-less society.
"Paying tributes to Mahatma Jyotirao Govindrao Phule garu, who championed the cause of backward communities," YS Jagan tweeted.
