YS Jagan to meet President on 'Cash for Vote' scandal

Hyderabad, A delegation of YSR Congress led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will meet the President at Rashtrapathi Bhavan on June 9 and apprise him of the developments in the cash for vote case involving the TDP and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
“Concurrently protest programmes would be held on Tuesday at all the 175 Assembly constituency centres demanding the resignation of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for the direct involvement in the vote for cash issue,” party leader Dr MV Mysoora Reddy told reporters here on Monday.
The party delegation led by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will meet President Pranab Mukherjee in Delhi and submit a memorandum on the issue and how ill-gotten money is being squandered away in horse-trading for MLC seat in Telangana state, he said.
The delegation would also meet Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and brief him on the unethical practices being resorted to by TDP and its president in the MLC elections.
Meanwhile, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has given a call for the leaders to hold protest march in all the assembly centres of the State demanding the resignation of the Chandrababu Naidu for his role in the cash for vote issue, he said.
