YS Jagan attack: YSRCP files petition in HC

Hyderabad: A Writ petition has been filed for a Central Agency Enquiry on the murder attempt on Opposition Leader and YSR Congress Party chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at Vizag airport by senior leader and Ex MP YV Subba Reddy. 

YSRCP suspects conspiracy by TDP Government and police machinery and hence is pleading before the High Court for an unfair investigation for the Truth.

On the other hand, two independent individuals Anil Kumar and Amarnath Reddy have also filed for a lunch motion petition. Anil Kumar and Amarnath Reddy are not associated with YSRCP or YS Jagan.

 It may be recalled that Janipalli Srinivasa Rao, a worker in Fusion Foods in the restaurant, attempted to kill the YSRCP Chief with a sharp knife in the pretext of taking a selfie with him.  

YS Jagan was shifted to the City Neuro Hospital in the city after he suffered a severe shoulder injury.
