Visakhapatnam: President of students' wing of YSRCP, Salam Babu, stated that the youth of the state were behind the leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan. Speaking at the venue of Jai Andhra Pradesh meeting being held at Indira Priyadarshini Stadium in Visakhapatnam, he remarked that while 40-year old YS Jagan was fighting for special category status for the state's bright future, Chandrababu, who boasted about his 40-year political experience was conducting bikini festival in Visakhapatnam, misleading the youth.
TDP and BJP, after bluffing about sanctioning the special status for ten years to the state, were saying that it was no elixir and promising special package, he criticised. He mentioned that they would take part in the fight held by YS Jagan for the bright future of the state, just like 'Visakha Ukku - Andhrula Hakku' movement. Stating they would bring pressure on the central and the state Governments in this direction, Salam Babu declared readiness to support Chandrababu if he opened his eyes at least now and fought for SCS. He cautioned that the youth would teach a lesson to Chandrababu if he accepted special package against their will and interest.
