*Kakani demands CBI probe into DSC 2025*

Nellore, Sept 9:  Former Minister and YSRCP Nellore District President Kakani Govardhan Reddy alleged that the TDP Coalition government had changed its stand on DSC 2025 after evidence of serious irregularities surfaced.
He said yhat the explanations given by officials themselves raised questions over the recruitment process and demanded a CBI investigation and the immediate resignation of Education Minister Nara Lokesh.

Addressing the media at the YSRCP office in Nellore, Kakani alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Lokesh must take responsibility for the irregularities. He questioned changes to service rules for sports-quota recruitment and asked why the authenticity of certificates was not independently verified before appointments were made.

Citing the case of Prabhakar in Kurnool district, Kakani said the candidate secured only 65 marks when 75 were required for eligibility under the BC category, yet was appointed as an SGT. He also raised questions over EWS certificates and sports certificates relating to judo, kabaddi and boxing.

Kakani said officials had admitted shortcomings in digitalisation, verification and traceability and were now proposing inquiries and future skill tests. He questioned why these safeguards were not implemented before completing the recruitment.

He further accused the government of suppressing unemployed youth and diverting attention from the allegations through political attacks. He said YSRCP would continue fighting for affected candidates.

Kakani demanded comprehensive verification of all sports certificates, action against those responsible for any wrongdoing, justice for genuine candidates, a CBI probe into the entire DSC 2025 recruitment process and Lokesh’s resignation on moral grounds.
