TDP's allegations baseless : Padma

Hyderabad, April 12, 2014: Ahead of the general elections levelling baseless
allegations has been the pattern of TDP and its friendly media, which failed to
pick YSRCP gauntlet, and we demand TDP President, N Chandrababu Naidu to
voluntarily accept an inquiry into the corruption charges he is facing.  

“Trying to link YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to every scam that breaks out and
write slanted versions against him to suit the TDP line has become a pattern
which people did not believed for the past ten years and kept Naidu at bay,”
party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma told reporters here on Friday.  

TDP leaders blowing the slanted report of its friendly media out of
proportion is a charade which people got used to as there would be no reality
in it eventually.

At the same time why no inquiry was held in the charges against Naidu
with respect to the IMG Bharatha scam she said adding that the practice of
trying to associate YS Jagan Mohan Reddy with every scam and writing reports in
a slanted accent has been understood by the people.  

Naidu has been taking refuge under stay orders and is helping Congress
at the Centre and State and now is extending a friendly hand to BJP only to
cover up his past scams, she said.  

If his passport for past 10 years while he was the leader of opposition
and nine years before that while he was chief minister is kept on the public
domain, his foreign deals will come into the open, she said and demanded that
Naidu should voluntarily offer himself for an investigation into the charges
named by Party Honorary President YS Vijyamma in her petition.  

Unlike Naidu,
we have been with the people and faced the investigation and verdict has been
given in the by-elections and it will be no different now, she said.
