Nellore: The state has been experiencing an odd rule since the last three years, said YSR Congress Party Kavali MLA Ramireddy Pratapkumar Reddy on Monday.
Speaking to the media, he said that Chandrababu has totally ignored the promises he made in his election manifesto. Chandrababu, who made a promise about Ramayapatnam port at the time of elections, is now hatching a plan to shift the port to another area.
