PIL Filed In High Court On Sadavarthi Lands

Hyderabad: A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in the High Court of AP requesting for order of judicial inquiry on the issue where leaders of TDP Government had given away the lands of Sadavarthi choultry of worth hundreds of crores of rupees for meagre prices to their allies. Dronamraju Ravi Kumar, the president of All India Brahmin Federation's youth wing, filed the PIL appealing for cancellation of already completed transaction of sale of lands belonging to temples, choultries and monasteries.
Listed as opponents in this PIL were chief secretary of endowments department, endowments commissioner, regional joint commissioner, deputy commissioner, EO of Sadavarthi choultry, chief commissioner of income tax department, Pedakurapadu MLA Dr.Kommalapati Sridhar, Kapu corporation chairman Chelamalasetty Ramanujaya, his wife Lakshmi Parvathi and son Niranjan. The jury is going to inquire this case on Monday under the supervision of the temporary Chief Justice.
