New Districts Unscientific

Hyderabad, Aug 27: Telangana YSR Congress Party has said that objections on the formation of new districts have been pouring in which shows that the decision is unscientific. ‘The problem has to be resolved by taking all political parties into consideration and at a level which justifies the districts,’ party leader K. Shiva Kumar told reporters here on Saturday.
The contrast between the division of Mahbubnagar and Medak districts shows the unscientific method in which the division was drafted without considering ground realities. To make the exercise more meaningful, the state should send the objections raised on the creation of new districts to all the recognized political parties and take note of their respective reports before taking a decision on the division of districts, he said.
