Visakhapatnam: TDP leaders against the sanction of special category status exhibited brutal behaviour on those who wee in favour of it. Yalamanchili MLA, Panchakarla Ramesh Babu, provoked the police into inhibiting the protesting students and taking them into custody. He roamed around Visakhapatnam before dusk and passed information about the protesters to the police from time to time. 
His rowdy behaviour, despite being a people's representative, attracted everybody's disgust and fury.
