Jagan moves CBI court for anticipatory bail .

YS Jagan moved the CBI special court for an anticipatory bail on the grounds that he was in the midst of an election campaign for the by-polls scheduled for June 12. Since he was summoned by CBI to appear on May 25 three days ahead of his scheduled appearance before the special court, he stated that he was apprehensive of being arrested.
