Hyderabad, Jan 8, 2013:
Exceeding the target of one crore signatures proposed to collect from people to
highlight CBI’s victimization of YSR Congress party president Sri Y .S. Jagan
Mohan Reddy, the party rank and file collected 1,24, 36.000 individual
signatures from people across the state
and elsewhere in the country as on Monday.
Announcing this at a
press meet, party Political Affairs Committee member Bajireddy Goverdhan said
the campaign has been extended till Jan 10 as the party leaders are getting
unprecedented response from people to the campaign.
The party has been collecting
the signatures on an appeal that will be sent to the President of India Sri
Pranab Mukherjee highlighting the political vendetta and victimization being
meted out to Sri Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
