It Is Unjust To Shift Central Institutions From Here

Visakhapatnam: YSRCP’s
president of Visakhapatnam district, Gudiwada Amarnath opined that it was not
nice to promise to establish Government educational institutions at
Visakhapatnam and later shift them to other places. He spoke to the media at
the party’s district office.

Indian Institute of Plantation
Management was first supposed to be set up in Anakapalli, he reminded. But now
it had been decided that it would be established in Kondapalli of Krishna
District. The setting up of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and Indian
Institute of Planning also had previously been shifted to other places, he
complained. Amarnath commented that the Government had been neglecting the
North Andhra areas.

Party leaders Dainala Vijay Kumar,
Satthi Ramakrishna Reddy, John Wesley, Ravi Reddy, Reyyi Venkata Ramana,
Barkath Ali, Boni Sivarama Krishna, Sirthala Vasu, Bayyavarapu Radha and Sharif
participated in the conference.
