Hyderabad, Sept 24,
2013: Smt. Y.S. Sharmila expressed happiness over the granting of bail to YSRCP
chief Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy by the CBI court.
Reacting to the news of
court granting bail to Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy who spent 484 days in the
Chanchalguda jail, Smt. Sharmila said God has rendered justice to them.
“It is good not only
for our family or my brother. It is good for the entire state and the news came
as a relief to all,” she told media persoons.
Smt. Sharmila said the
case filed against Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy was of political nature and instigated
by Congress for its selfish political ends. She alleged that Congress has victimized
the YSRCP chief through CBI cases fearing he would become a threat to its
existence in the state.
“The Congress party has
resorted to the extreme step of victimizing our family forgetting the services rendered
by YSR for three decades. But God favoured us,” she said, adding that YSRCP
would win majority seats in the next elections,” she said.
